Terms and Conditions
for Academic, Corporate and In-House Business Training
Booking Confirmation: Seminars & workshops are to be confirmed 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the start date of the event.
Payment: 50% of the training cost is payable immediately to confirm arrangements. A tax receipt will be issued.
Final 50% payment is due 7 days prior to the course.
Cancellation Procedure: If you need to cancel, you must do so in writing or directly by phone 2 weeks before the course start date and a full refund of any deposit received will be issued.
Any cancellation or changes to the date or location within 2 weeks will incur a 30% charge of the initial deposit of the course to cover any travel, accommodation, conference room hire, consultancy fees and administration costs that we have incurred.
No refund can be given for cancellations within 7 days of the course/seminar start date and full payment is due.
However you are welcome to substitute other participants and not incur any cancellation fee or charges.
Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with our training Art of Communicating provides a money-back guarantee minus the cost of any venue, catering, travelling and accommodation expenses incurred.
All care will be taken to give suitable notice if Art of Communicating needs to reschedule or cancel a course and Art of Communicating shall not in any way be held responsible for any expenses that the participant or company may incur as a result of having to cancel or reschedule a course.
